| About Our Business: You have a job to do on a second-floor window but you find that the window is located above a hillside or some other type of uneven ground. The problem is that one of the ladder legs is unsupported and now you have to come up with a safe way to support this leg. Finding the right combination of boards, blocks and bricks to do this is time consuming and is not recommended by the American Ladder Institute in Chicago. If you had a Stabiladdler, you'd be working by now and you'd be working safely. Joseph Vega, inventor of the Stabiladder, came up with the idea for the ladder leveling device after his son fell from a ladder that was being used on a 20 degree slope. Mr. Vega used his experience of 50 years of wood working and carpentry to build a wooden prototype that evolved into an adjustable ladder stabilizer that can accommodate changes in grade of up to 30 degrees depending on the composition of the surface the ladder is standing on. ( If the surface is slick,Stabiladder doesn't recommend using a ladder or a Stabiladder without decuring or bracing the base of the ladder.) The heavy-duty ladder stabilizer known as "STABILADDER" is made of 3/16-in.thick extruded aluminum and requires only a couple of minutes to slide into position under the two bottom ladder rungs of the ladder leg that needs to be adjusted. The body of the "STABILADDER" is secured to the ladder leg by two thumb screws and the design of the body. The telescoping aluminum leg can be adjusted to level the ladder on uneven ground. The telescoping leg of the "STABILADDER", which is held in place with a steel pin, can be adjusted up to 15in. in 1-in. increments . Mr. Vega's idea evolved into two types of "STABILADDER" devices. Model 1 Model 1x2 comes with 2 Stabiladder ladder levelers, ready to go to work. The 'STABILADDER" can be used with all standard-rung extension ladders ,on either side of the ladder. Stabiladder Inc. has a industrial-commercial model that meets ETL teating requirements and a heavier model for 14in. spaced ladder rungs on fireman's ground ladders that meets NFPA-1931 requirements. It is Stabiladder Inc.'s Mission is to provide people that work with ladders a safe way to use ladders on uneven surfaces with a device that is easy and quick to use and requires no special tools to install. It can be used on more than one ladder and is not a permanent part of the ladder . If it is not needed it can be stored in your tool box and then brought out to be used when needed. This device is well built and can provide a safe working environment when used properly, with extension ladders on uneven surfaces. Stabiladder exceeded every test that it was subjected to. Meets the ETL and NFPA-1931 requirements. It is the original removable ladder leveler safety device. |

| This device will fit on aluminium, fiberglass, and wooden extension ladders that do not have a small brace from the side rail to the bottom of the first ladder rung. If there is no brace then this device will mount properly. Please read all instructions and caution labels on the ladder and the Stabiladder ladder leveler unit.
